To assist new users and administrators:

Our Science Team conducts onsite and remote training to equip BabySentryPro users with the resources needed to utilize BBS optimally and effectively. Our trainers work closely with your Superuser to understand your workflow and consequently translate your content into User-defined Lists, Templates, and Protocols. Department-specific training is then conducted to target all BBS Modules.

Onsite installation and training is typically 4 to 5 days and is complemented with remote sessions. Follow-up training sessions are usually scheduled 3 and 6 months post Go Live.

A complete online Help manual is available for every BBS Module, along with a search for listed key words, and a glossary made up of all relevant medical terms.
